There are many tools available for tracking the metrics of your competitor's website like SEMRush, Alexa & SimilarWeb.
SimilarWeb a bit more useful in gauging these metrics. It gives you a fair idea of the bounce rate & time on page metrics of your competitor's website. You can get traffic estimates as well.
