The most effective way to reduce the bouncing rate of your website is to have an active live chat support.

In SEO content is KING and we all know that so follow that. If the content is not interesting than visitors will not stay on your website.
Use interesting content so that visitor will spend time on your site and go through your site and that will help you to reduce bounce rate.
