I like to prefer Google Plus because it's Google's Product and It improves our website's Google Ranking too.

Google+ is certainly a platform that is going to help you with your page rank. But Twitter can be used to drive in more traffic.

Google+ provides back links but, twitter not. Twitter is to reach people with short period by who are all watch your tweet.

Google+ is better then twitter for SEO and traffic
Twitter is effective if you have a huge numbers of followers

Both of them has its own advantage Google + is really good for promotional purpose and does add advantage to you seo efforts but where as twitter is more about sharing information.

Google+ is a product of Google search engine and it is better then twitter and other social medias. It is very easy to make more friends or followers at this plat form because you have no need to wait for approval of your friend request or following.
