Is it safe to practice yoga in your 60s?

Give your suggestions and views wheather is it safe to practise yoga in your 60's.

anulom and vilom is not only safe but also very good after 60.But you should not practice very tough positions if your health don't permits you.Try meditation more if you are aged and keep a control on your diet, this two practices will help most efficiently.It is always nice to consult and meet some experienced yoga guru in personal.

its absolutely safe to do yoga in any age. but make sure that you don't do yoga in excess may it harmful to your health.
