don't go for auto tools
that is blackhat seo always go for white hat seo that helps your site rank better. If you use black hat seo then google gonna penalize you for using blackhat seo

These tools are not good, this seo called black-hat seo. So, always create manual links.

Use of tool is not good for SEO it considered as black hat SEO. Manual submission is always better if posted on high pr and good website.
You may use tool like Google webmaster,Pro rank tracker, Back links watch, for website analysis, Keyword ranking ,back links checking .
