Use caching, enable compression, optimize images... This will DECREASE page load time.

Also try Page Speed Insights & GTMetrix, they give you good tips for your site

You can reduce the page loading speed by implementing the following:
1.Enable Gzip Compression 2. Javascript Minification 3. Reduce the image sizes
