Domain masking or url masking is that the act of activity the particular name of a web site from the url field of a user's application in favor of another name. There square measure some ways to try and do this, together with the subsequent examples.

Domain masking or URL masking is the act of hiding the actual domain name of a website from the URL field of a user's web browser in favor of another name.

There are many ways to do this
####HTML inline frame or frameset so a frame embedded in the main website actually points to some other site.
####URL rewriting
####Virtual hosting

Domain name masking allows you to show one URL in the browser's address bar, while another website's content is actually loaded.

Web Forwarding with masking, means that visitors to your website will only see the domain name (or URL) they typed in the address bar of their browser, not the domain name where you have forwarded them.
