The way to get fast indexing in Google

My recent creation is a website and all formalities pertaining to server, registration and hosting have been completed. But what do I need to do for attracting Google crawlers for the purpose of getting indexed at a rapid rate? I do not have the desire of using any methods of Black Hat SEO and also paid techniques do not seem to be much interesting to me. Someone said to me that link building is a good means to get indexed in quick time. Have any of you gone through that experience or does any professional accept the statement? In addition to link building, what other tactic may be utilized to get fast indexing in Google+-?
