Which is better Backlink or Content? - Site Owners Forums

We do regularly Off Page submission like : Directory, Bookmarking, Classified , Blog commenting , Forum Posting etc But I did't change content regularly so I want to know which is important backlink or content for better result and what i do for best traffic and good ranking..Please someone gives some valuable tips....

Both are equally important for a website. Content helps to optimize your keywords and help rank them higher in search engines. Backlinks help to build domain strength in search engines and also help drive good traffic to your website.

Back links and content both have its importance in a different manner but quality content makes a big difference for a proper advertisement of your website.

Welcome to reality.

Type 'web design' into Google and it comes up with 2,410,000,000 matching results. Your site may have good content, but can you honestly and truthfully say that it has better content than those 2,410,000,000 other pages, that will be more relevant for people searching for 'web design'? If not, why do you think you should be anywhere near the top?

Of course content is more important than links – if you have content but not many links, Google might still give you a good ranking if your site looks to be better than the competition – but if you have no content then Google can't give you a good ranking for relevant queries because there won't be any relevant queries!

Both are the good way but better is promoting content and content marketing using to get backlinks, increase the awareness of business and drive traffic for website.

Content and Backlinks Both are important for website promotion over search engine but now going days Content is more important If your website have not good content then you need improve your website content then I sure your website ranking will improve.

Back links and contents are equally important for Driving Traffic to a website.But I thinks Back links is most important for any website to deriving traffic and then content describes visitor about your website product description.
