According to matt cutts Google penguin will update this month can any one plz tell me how to beat the google penguin

Hi
I think by submitting unique content for a site we can beat the Google penguin and even our ranking can be good.

If you are doing quality work than you don't need to worry about the penguin update , this is all about the quality work .

Always follow white hat techniques at a time of submission and try to feed quality and unique content everytime. That will definitely help to override over Penguin.

Unique content with less keyword density. |A site without footer links can be saved by Google penguin.
