How will you convert a string into a percentage?

To convert a string into a percentage format, a percent filter is used.

The filter function use for converting the string into percentage format.
example:
myApp.filter('percentage', ['$filter', function ($filter) {
return function (input, decimals) {
return $filter('number')(input * 100, decimals) + '%';
};
}]);
