Use Google website tool their hve one option is fetch . You can directly add your blog post URL their so Google index your post quickly again..if your post not freuently index that means you does spaam activity on your blog

Sign up to google webmasters, submit your sitemap and submit your website to google. Make sure you site is well seo'd on page before doing this.
