There are several tools that can help in identifying the right keywords. Google adwords has a keyword planner that help in researching the relevant and related keywords. There are several other tools that provide information on the keywords being used by your competitors which you can pickup right away and add your own set.

Use Google keyword planner to search for high traffic keywords,also try to use medium to low competition keywords as they will be easy to optimise.
