Yes, it is good for SEO. It provides the traffic and quality back links to your site.

yes its good, but 2.0 website and link-cycle is the best more than blogger...use all blog sites for high ranking and good/top/quality/long term backlinks

yes its alexa is high and pr also its backlink is long tailing and its google own product so google like this type of backlinks hope you understand
