yah Google going update with Panda 4.0 , in this update main focus on content, and those website that having copied content not good sign for them.

If your website is clean with good content and no black hat and not using more domains for a single websites like .co,.in,.com , then there's nothing to worry about.Each website will have some changes after the panda 4.0 update.Websites does not have any shield to protect themselves from the algorithm update.
