When you enter url of some sites not only home page but links of other pages also appear with home page these are important page google consider. these links are called sitelinks

The site owner cannot add any sitelinks; Google adds them through its own secret automated algorithms.If you have a Google Adwords program you can create campaign and adgroup level sitelinks.

Google shows some of the links from your site when somebody searches for your brand name or site name in Google. Such links are called site links. Google have their go to determine such links, but from my observation, pages that are well linked and most popular on your blog are promoted as a site link.
