Usually Google Web Master tool showing 1000 backlinks only for any website even my website.But my website having more than 50000 backlinks.How to see my remaining backlinks of my website in Google Webmaster tool?

you need to pay amount i think so...otherwise go with ahref site by paying to it

I use the Moz opensiteexplorer to view all the backlinks.

You can see the total no of back links in webmaster itself its calculated based on no of links each website provides to your website.

in google webmaster you only check the site form where number of links coming to your site google show the number of links coming from those sites

Well, you create a new website but you don't tell google about it. How do you expect to be indexed?
You need to build UNIQUE CONTENT(no copy paste from other websites) ,related with your keywords,and try to use the H1-H6 ONE AFTER ANOTHER!
