You can either use Google Keywords Planner or Word Tracker for finding the relevant keywords for your website.

keyword planner, wordstream etc are good tools for performing keyword research, however, i suggest that apart from using these tools, you need to also try and use your brain. Think from the perspective of a potential customer to sort out which keyword he/she will be using to find a service that you are providing. Also, focus on the keywords that are being used by your competitors.

Keyword research is one of the important, valuable and high return activities in the search engine. To find a keyword you must use the keyword research tool to find the niche keyword, after keyword research, refine your niche keyword list.

The best keywords would depend on what your site is going to offer.
Know your top competitors and analyze how they rank for that certain keywords.

You should use Keyword Planner to find nice keyword for your site because he will show you more and more keyword with searches and competition on that keyword and you can chose between them and suggest to client.
