Are all albums from ebays new and untouched like in stores?

So I want to buy from eBay T-ARA album (Korean women).. This is the first time I try to buy things from the Internet. So, please tell me, and I need to know everything, the process, etc. I worried about getting scammed

First, in the album sold on eBay, is primitive and new? I mean, they in South Korea's distributors buy directly?
