Chromeless Frame?

Hi, I was wondering if a chromeless frame is possible, where you can update your layout once, and it does it on all the pages.

If this isn't possible, then how do websites that have many pages update their layout without having to go to every page and doing it? How does it work?!

Mozila Firefox provide such a chrome less frame,it work with privileged JavaScript code interacting with the system.
