Edit and Resize Software for Images
What is the best software to edit and resize images for wordpress blogs.

I usually use paint.But if you need more editing you can use photoshop.Gif image transparency is not supported in paint tool.

Phothoshop is the best soft for edit but you also use Microsoft windows photo viewer as usual the default version with windows setup
