Google, hands down. Bing is getting better. Yahoo is fading fast.

Google always use this formula while giving page rank to any website. So, its better to submit your links in high PR site to increase the page rank of your website.

there are equally important. Without good on page seo, you will not be able to do good off page seo. If you have weakness in one technique then other technique will be valueless.

use your primary keyword.
then find words synonymous to that. look for some words that goes with your primary keyword. finally, mixed and match. |

The most important thing by Googles updated algorithm is Content. Tour content should be unique, subject oriented. Other thing is backlinks. These two factors do lot for ranking

Bing is a good search engine. I quite like that. Bing brings up a lot of people to my web based site from Yahoo, on the other hand still only one of what Google guides my method.
