Keywords in domain names have absolute little importance in actual ranking calculations - that�s been the case for years now. The absolute effects people see are a consequence of sites linking to the domain using the URL as anchor text - link text containing keywords is what helps the domain rank.

Keyword in domain helps to rank in search engine immediately. If you are not able to get keyword domain, then don't worry about it. Do good SEO for your website. Google hasn't keyword in the domain although it is best website in the world.

Yes, keyword in the domain name is important. In seo if domain name is long than your URL also become long. So mostly people keep short domain which is actually keyword but short make short keyword is very turf. So if you can�t do this you keep domain name similar to the your key word.
