You are loosing your backlinks thats why your ranking is going down...try to make links with dofollow backlinks.

Traffic and rank is major problem to any websites. Whole online business depends on website's rank and traffic.

Well......I think you should go through first Google analytic tools and webmaster tools check your website... and be clear your website should not be contain duplicate contents..
