Social Bookmarking is one of the most popular link building activities for improving keyword ranking. Please share your answer for what kind of Title (keyword) choose for bookmarking submission, One Keyword or Long Tail Keyword. After Penguin Update most of SEO professionals choose long tail keyword for submision.

I used Long tail keywords for submission and this is also affect for primary keywords.
ex:- We work on 'SEO Company in Delhi' and get ranked with this keyword then 'SEO Company' keyword also some ranked up with our website. Thanks,

It basically depends upon the description and title which keyword you chose you can prefer the keywords search by google adwords tool now these days due to the penguin you cant use the exact keyword as the title. I like to use the long tail keywords for my site.

While doing social bookmarking for linkbuilding use relevant keywords with long tail selection. Use those keywords for Anchor text and write a detailed descriptive information about it with business information. Then submit the links r bookmarking for better results.

In my opinion, I prefer using One Keyword over Long Tailed keywords.
