To decrease the bounce rate of your website dont open your url all the time. It will reduce by interlinking you pages with each other.

Bounce Rate is the number of visits in which a person leaves your website from the landing page without browsing any further. So, add more content and reduce it.

1.Make website attractive and user friendly, provide right information to target right audience then the bounce rate surely decreases.
2.Loading time should less because the users don't wait to opening of your website. If it take time they switch to new.

Include relevant information and content on your site.
Do internal linking in different webpages.

If you’ve been struggling to increase search traffic to your site, improve email signups, get more leads and acquire more clients, it’s possible that your bounce rate is too high.

In other words, visitors and customers who visit your landing page bounce off, before they even give you a chance to convert them.

One way to increase your conversion rate is by having more landing pages. A 2013 study, conducted by HubSpot and shared by Ion Interactive, revealed that companies with 40 or more landing pages get 12 times more leads than those with 5 or fewer landing pages.

Personally I think it is best to focus on doing more and interesting contents. Since the bounce rate refers to the amount of people who leave your website without clicking more on the internal link, appealing contents are needed in order keep people interested in your website, thus they will search your site more for more contents.
