Photoshop Animation? - Site Owners Forums

Ok so i found out the animation thing in cs3 where its apart of photoshop and there is no imageready, but what i dont get is everytime i change something in one slide, it changes it in the other slides as well, how do i fix that?

Change it only on the specific layer.
