If someone has stolen ur content u can do following steps
1.Google alerts
2.Copy Scape
3.Who is hosting this
4.Google Webmaster DMCA complaint
5.Google Search Autourship

Use copyscape code on your site. if your content is quality basis and not copied to any site, google will benefits yout site.

You are targeting four keywords and you are asking how to check stolen content, i am surprised but you can check via copy space your content is original or not. If your content is copyright then you can take a legal action to those person who stolen your content.
