ya..as other friends say..walking is the best solution. Also some food gain fat , you have to avoid those. go to a physician for a planned way to loose weight and fit body.

Diet and exercise can make you loss weight fast but it does not last. The most important thing is to understand how your metabolism works. You need to adjust your consumption and activities (meaning energy output). For those who depend on diet can loss weight fast but in long run, his/her metabolism will drop meaning he/she will gain more weight when he/she go back to normal diet. Also excessive exercise will also have adverse effort on it. You need to ample sleep/diet and correct amount of activities.
