This backlink checker (bluebacklinks.com) is checking the PR of the pages linking to you, which is very useful (specially when you spy on competition).
It also shows top 3 anchor, follow or nofollow links, OBL count and a lot more!

opensiteexplorer is a great one, sign up with them do a lot of competitor analysis, see your competitors backlinks and make sure yours are better!
