Now I am work in a website but not get any big traffic (per day traffic 25-50) please help me to get some big traffic ??

Try blogging & leave a comment on relevant blog to increase your website traffic. You can also edit the old blog make some modification in it & post it again. Also track this traffic using analytics to better understand your website performance. I used Gostats.
