Nofollow links means google don't follow the link. nofollow links gives good traffic but don't follow the link so using dofollow links is good and natural links.

If you want to build organic links then do both do follow and no follow links creation..Links only coming from do follow sites can make your site suspected by Google..Best way to get no follow links is social media site..

No follow links can only give benefit in the case the page has too many visitors where the link is placed and visitors are clicking on the link to come to your site.
