very true, its one of the most important tools for your site. It is very helpful once you get to understand what the program can do for you. It takes a long time to learn it though.

Google analytics is really helpful to the find the website's stats (with unique figures). I really like the feature that shows the information of the visitors like geographical location, language, operating system, etc.
