For all page views to the page, Exit Rate is the percentage that was the last in the session. For all sessions that start with the page, Bounce Rate is the percentage that was the only one of the session. Bounce Rate for a page is based only on sessions that start with that page.

Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors who leave your website's landing page without giving any interest while exit rate is percentage of users who leave your website's any specific page. Only landing page of your website has bounce rate while every pages of your website has its exit rate.

Bounce Rate is the percentage of single-page sessions (i.e. sessions in which the person left your site from the entrance page without interacting with the page).
Exit rate as a term used in web site traffic analysis (sometimes confused with bounce rate) is the percentage of visitors to a site who actively click away to a different site from a specific page, after possibly having visited any other pages on the site. The visitors just exited on that specific page.

Bounce rate is that how many users move out from the single page and Exit rate is that mostly visitors exit from the page.

Exit rate is the percentage of visitors who leave your website from a specific page. This has to be beyond the landing or home page, and every page on your website has its own exit rate. Bounce rate is the percentage of users who leave your website from the landing page itself.
