I am new in seo and I just want someone to help me getting more relevant back links without spamming into forums could you give me an advise please.

Instead of spamming forums, why not just make relevant contributions to them and take the backlinks that are given in return?

The best way to get links is to create great content on your site so that others are willing to link to you, or a link bait method. That is the best way to get links.

I agree with this, just actively give a sort of information to everyone so that we will all learn, then you will get backlinks in return, just what ozsubasi said.

Create the backlinks manually and do not use any program to build them.
