How to get my own netblock of ip's? - Site Owners Forums

I using netcraft extension for firefox which shows me everytime when i visit site who is owner of netblock ip.I noticed 10tb have two netblocks:
first ip belongs to softlayer,and rest of it to 10tb(hosting services).So i guess they got ip directly from icann or who is in charge for that and routed it to main ip which belong to softlayer.So can i get my own ip netblock with my own name?

I think you need to ask them this I never heard anyone speaking of this.

IPs are assigned by the regionals several thousand IPs at a time after
you prove that you need them. So the first step is to prove that you have several thousand servers.

there are many hosting company offer that you can get list of them from google search engine.
