New SEO strategy after Penguin 2.0?

I want to know what is the new SEO strategy that should be used after Google Penguin Update 2.0 . What should be done to achieve high ranking without getting spam.

Penguin is a fight against all existing forms of webspam including link spamming/ trading, aggressive overuse of exact match anchor text, submitting to low quality article/ blog directories etc.

After penguin 2.0 update not write duplicate content on website and not more your targeted keyword in your content. Write content as a user friendly not seo friendly.

Penguin is about the whole structure and the contents within the site so avoiding any Penguin hit, one must update his site and avoid any duplication of contents and structure that any other website have.
