For developing the web applications, you need to learn HTML and CSS. But with HTML and CSS, you can only develop the contents of the system. For developing the functionality of the system, you need to learn a language from PHP, JAVA and .NET. .NET and PHP are considered easier to learn as compared to JAVA.

Kateparkers - you are absolutely right! Since I came flex-box and can oscillate video on the site (without using YouTube) in that language I programmed my best . It is well known also know js but even its base will be good for easy transformation or transition.

Under this criterion, Mandarin is once again the best language to learn as an English speaker.

Java is recommended as one of the basic and important languages. You can learn it online, dont have to join full time classes as such.

In My Opinion, PHP(Personal Home Page Hyper Text Pre-Processor) is the best language for the coding. It is easy to learn and execute.
