Even Facebook ads doesn't work to get leads if your page is new because you need to established first to be known in the field and trust from the audience.

As there is no option to analyze on any specific data on Facebook Ad manager, but I would recommend you to run a consideration campaign on lead generation that would give you some specific data with potential lead that you can use for remarketing objects.
On the other hand, you can also use the campaign called "Message" as marketing objective that would bring another potential result for you.
