Using keyword as file name and ALT text is good for SEO. But using keyword as caption of an image will make any positive impact on SEO?

Yes, Keyword as caption in image is really good for seo to improve website visibility and ranking for keyword on search engine. We can say it image optimization.

Using keywords on you ALT attribute of your image is good for SEO because crawlers search through each and everything that you want it to crawl, including the ALT attribute of your image. Hence, using the keywords on your image caption will help increase the keyword density.
