When you type you search your brand OR domain name in Google, your site is showing. It means your site got penalized.

If we have a tendency to search the web site from its name while not computer network. or extension like .com and it seems in search then we will say it not penalised nor prohibited and if it doest not seem in search result then it's going to be penalised or prohibited.
