Both of them are really easy to learn. You can go through the online tutorials to learn them. Honestly, it will take 3 months to learn them deeply.

Cascading style sheet or CSS is too much important for website developers who want to design a layout of webpages. Start using external style sheet.

You should place your CSS in external style sheets. This method is preferred due to faster page loads, and lower bandwidth usage. It is easy to control.

You should put your CSS in outside method sheets which is favored owing to earlier page loads, and inferior bandwidth practice. It is simple to manage.

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet. It is being observed that placing your CSS on external style sheets is a suitable option. It helps to a great extent.

HTML and CSS – both are very easy to learn and after learning them, you can come up with wonder static sites. Control the manner your page appearance before making our own .CSS file.

Both of them are easy to learn. CSS is a little programming sort of thing. But do not worry with the HTML as it is damn easy!
