You can use the backlink checker tool to find out which spammy and low quality backlinks are associated to your site. Then, use the Google disavow tool to remove the association. It should help improve the ranking of your page.

Monitorbacklinks or Ahrefs is pretty good. However, something tells me you don't have a bunch of broken backlinks and that is the reason you aren't getting indexed or are on Google. To find out if Google knows your site just run a google searchh---like this---> Site: www.mywebsite.com Now if you are indexed, you need to go to Google Developer speed test and run the test on your site. this is one of the best tools for On site SEO. Your target is a score of 90-100. And Google tells you everything you can fix and no cost to get to that score. Then make a new xml sitemap and get Google to recrawl your site by Clicking this link. It takes 4-7 days to get a new crawl after you submit it. Make sure you also have a sitemap url in your site with a link to the page so google can find the page that has the sitemap on it. At the bottom of your homepage make a small link that says "sitemap" and it will link to www.youwebsite.com/sitemap. Wehen Google see's that your site is fast and mobile friendly, you will see very fast improvements in your placement.
