Don't want to have a spanned window

I'm putting up some icons at the top of my website but due to too many icons, the page is spanned(you have that scroll bar where you can pull to the right). I do not want to distribute the icons into more than one row to prevent seeing the scroll but just want them to automatically move down to the next row if the first row is already full.
Is this possible? Someone help??
