Keyword density is a mix of the quantity of times a catchphrase or a watchword expression, in extent with different words, shows up on a Web page. The more circumstances the watchword shows up in connection to the aggregate number of on page words, the more noteworthy the general catchphrase thickness. The more circumstances that different words show up, the lower the extent of catchphrases, bringing about a lighter watchword thickness.

Keyword density is a combination of the number of times a keyword or a keyword phrase, in proportion with other words, appears on a Web page. The more times the keyword appears in relation to the total number of on page words, the greater the overall keyword density. The more times that other words appear, the lower the proportion of keywords, resulting in a lighter keyword density.

Adding prefix or postfix to any high competitive keyword and making it longtail keyword is keyword steaming, this is one of the best technique to get traffic for highly competitive keyword.
