Why sitemap has nofollow attribute
In SEO tool my website shows nofollow attribute. If I look into that warning it is shows sitemap_index.xml. Where I can release nofollow.

you can include it in rel attribute of <a> tag

is it wordpress? if yes reach to your developer and tell to fix nofollow attribute to internal links.
also if custom do the same
