Link Farm
What is Link Farm and how it work proceed in SEO.
According to me, A link farm is a form of spamming the index of a search engine (sometimes called spamdexing or spamexing). Any group of web sites that all hyperlink to every other site in the group. Although some link farms can be created by hand, most are created through automated programs and services.

Link farms is built for the purpose of artificially increasing the number of inbound links to a website to increase that site index ranking in the search engines. It is a form of search engine spam and is used to trick search engines into giving a website a higher ranking for a particular keyword then the website merits on its own.

In simple words A link farm is basically a group of sites that hyperlink to all the other sites in the group regardless of niche. This is page doesn't convey any information for user or search engine bot. This practice is not advisable by major search engines.

A link farm is a group of web pages that all links on every page in the other group. It is designed to increase the ranking of all sites in the results pages of search engines.

Or better yet, it is everyone sell you contextual link building packages with 100 links on the page with PR and they interlink all the other pages that have PR, thus creating a link farm.

Link Farm? In my view, it is not good for search engine, cause a lot of spam will be sent and be punished as well.

Link Farming comes under Spamming as concern with Google Guidelines, In an easy words link farming processed as where large group of websites linked to each other by posting their site's link to a single web page.
