Seo is the good technique but if you wants to promote your site and to get good backlink just target the best forums and website which are popular and related with your niche will help you much.

We can get quality back links by following some good SEO techniques. We can use social networking site to generate traffic and gain links. And at last what is important that is users need, we need to do work according to the users, what they like.

Quality Back links means to link to a site having a good PR . Do post content because without it you will not be able to rank your site at good position.
