I need to promote my NDIM college website in google.I want some help to increase the back links and traffic to my website

Backlinks located within the main content, as opposed to a sidebar, or footer, carry more weight.
Backlinks located at the beginning, or top, of an article are better than backlinks near the bottom or at the end of an article.
