They are available in beta version and they are being used by people who are also offering feedbacks. There are more changes that are required in HTML4 and HTML 5!

With changes needed in HTML four, HTML5 was released that remains in a very beta version. Folks are using it and providing feedback for improvement.

I heard html5 using scripting language.

HTML4 is old but HTML5 is new version and this is provides many features this is also helped of scripting language.
